We hope that you are happy with your Voyeur X purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied or wish to exchange the items, please contact us at email@example.com. After receiving confirmation, you can return the relevant items.
How to return.
Return the item(s) with the price tags still attached within 14 days after receiving the item(s) to:

The term for returning items ends 14 days after the delivery date. Voyeur X reserves the right to accept or reject items that are returned beyond the aforementioned period. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with price tags still attached.
Voyeur X does not accept returned items that were damaged, worn or without label / price tag. If you receive an order that does not have an item label, you must inform us the day of receiving the item if you wish to exchange / return the item. We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your order immediately upon receipt, before removing any labels. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept any returns regarding intimate products such as nipple covers. We ask you to wear your Voyeur X purchases (thong, briefs, etc.) over your own lingerie in case you wish to return any items.
Please note that we accept no liability for returned items. Pack and seal your return item carefully in the original box. We recommend that you send the return items by registered mail and carefully keep proof of shipment. We also recommend that you send the return shipment through a carrier who provides a tracking number so that you are assured the shipment will not get lost. Please note that no domestic shipping costs, neither international customs duties or sales taxes for shipments outside the EU will be reimbursed.
When your package has been received by Voyeur X, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase and the processing time of the bank or credit card company in question.
Exchanging a wrong or damaged item
If you have received a wrong or damaged item, we ask you to send it back to us within 7 days of receipt. We would also like to receive an e-mail from you describing the wrong or damaged item and your personal order number. You will receive a confirmation email back from us, after which we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible after receiving your returned item(s). In the case of returning a wrongly sent or damaged item, the shipping costs will be reimbursed immediately after receiving a tracking number for the return shipment.
Damaged items are only accepted if the items have been delivered damaged to the customer. All damaged returned items are checked and items that we believe are damaged due to regular wear and tear are not accepted as damaged returns. Exchange is possible if the relevant item is in stock. If possible, items can be repaired on request. We do not provide a warranty for repairs.
Voyeur X reserves the right to change this policy, especially when legislation is changed. Visit this page regularly so that you are aware of any changes. Continued use of our website means that you accept these changes.
